Asparagus Delight

  • 1 (15 oz.) can asparagus
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped roasted peanuts
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Drain asparagus.

    In casserole dish put a layer of asparagus, mushroom soup and egg slices.

    Sprinkle with half the peanuts and cheese.

    Repeat layers and end with cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° until cheese melts and casserole bubbles.

    Green beans may be used instead of asparagus.
