- 1 (15 oz.) can asparagus
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped roasted peanuts
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Drain asparagus.

2In casserole dish put a layer of asparagus, mushroom soup and egg slices.

3Sprinkle with half the peanuts and cheese.

4Repeat layers and end with cheese on top.

5Bake at 350° until cheese melts and casserole bubbles.

6Green beans may be used instead of asparagus.
