  • several cans asparagus spears, drained
  • approximately 1 stick butter or margarine
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crushed corn flakes

Directions

    In double boiler, melt butter and cheese.

    Put asparagus in casserole dish.
  3. 3
    Pour melted butter and cheese over the asparagus. Add salt and pepper and mix all of this well.

    Put crushed corn flakes on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
