  • 40 or so Asparagus
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 5 large tomatoes sliced
  • 1 large ricotta
  • i pkg grated gruyere
  • like amount of parmeson
  • butter
  • a little nutmeg; S&P
  • 1 box of lasagna

    Saute onions & garlic in lots of butter W S&P. Set aside

    Par Boil Noodels

    Boil asparagus about 2 minutes til al dente' Set aside with ice.

    Make roux. Add .76 qt milk. Add 1/2 gruyere. Add 12 oz half/half.

    Coat bottom of lasagna pan with sauce.

    Layer and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.

    Cool & refrg. Cut and heat

    Add nutmeg.
