- 3 c. asparagus (raw), chopped
- 4 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
- 2 c. carrots (raw pieces)
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 small onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Put first 3 ingredients through a coarse food grinder. Liquefy remaining ingredients in blender.

2Mix everything together and drop by spoonfuls onto an oiled baking sheet.

3Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

4Serve over lettuce with a mild mustard on the side.
