- 20 asparagus spears
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese (natural)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. light cream
- unbaked 10 or 9-inch pie shell
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- paprika
Directions

1Arrange asparagus in spoke like fashion in pie shell. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.

2Beat together eggs, flour, salt and cream.

3Pour over asparagus and cheese.

4Sprinkle on the Parmesan and paprika.

5Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is set.

6Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
