- 1 pastry shell (9-inch)
- 1 c. lean cooked ham, chopped
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1/3 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 12 asparagus tips, cooked and drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Cover bottom of pastry shell with ham. Set aside.

3In a mixing bowl, combine cream, milk, eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper.

4Beat well.

5Pour mixture over ham. Arrange asparagus tips on top, as if spokes of a wheel, tips in the center.

6Bake in center of oven 35 to 40 minutes or until set and golden brown.

7Serve hot or cold.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
