- 9-inch pie shell
- 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus or 1 (10 oz.) frozen
- 2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
Directions

1In saucepan over medium heat, cook asparagus until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.

2If frozen, cook according to directions. Arrange asparagus and cheese in bottom of pie crust.

3Beat remaining ingredients until well blended.

4Pour this mixture over asparagus and cheese.

5Preheat oven to 375°.

6Cook about 35 to 40 minutes.

7Cool 5 minutes before serving.
