- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 oz. Roquefort or Bleu cheese
- 1 egg, whipped
- 1 or 2 cans asparagus spears
- thinly sliced bread, crust removed
Directions

1Mix softened cheeses and egg together until smooth.

2Roll bread thin with rolling pin.

3Spread cheese mixture on bread.

4Roll up asparagus spears in bread and coat with butter (melted). Refrigerate or freeze.

5To serve:

6Slice in 1/3-inch rounds.

7Bake 15 minutes at 400°.
