- 1 loaf sandwich bread
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 54 cooked asparagus spears
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Remove crust from bread slices. Flatten bread with rolling pin.

2Spread each slice with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with cheese. Place 2 or more asparagus spears on each slice.

3Bring opposite corners of slice together.

4Fasten with pick.

5Brush with butter. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 15 servings.
