- 1 can cream of asparagus soup
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- chopped celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 small jar pimiento
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. chopped onion (Vidalia is best)
Directions

1Bring to boil asparagus soup and cold water.

2Remove from heat.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Stir.

5Pour into oiled mold. Refrigerate to congeal.

6Serve mold on lettuce.

7Good for parties. It's delicious!
