- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (17 oz.) can asparagus
- 1/4 c. toasted almonds
- 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
Directions

1Drain asparagus.

2Mix drained liquid with cream cheese and mayonnaise.

3Mash asparagus and add to cheese and mayonnaise mixture.

4Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

5Cool.

6Add to asparagus mixture.

7Add almonds and extract.

8Place in lightly oiled mold.

9Chill well.
