  • 2 c. cooked asparagus, cut in small pieces
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix asparagus with onion and wine.

    Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
