- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Mix asparagus with onion and wine.
