- 4 eggs
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can asparagus, drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Beat eggs in blender; add remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart souffle dish.

2Place souffle dish in a second pan and add 2 inches of water.

3Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
