- 1/2 bunch fresh asparagus
- 1 1/2 c. thin cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 stick butter
Directions

1Cut off tough ends of asparagus and discard.

2Boil remainder in salted water until done (about 20 minutes).

3Pour contents in blender.

4Add butter and cream; blend for 2 minutes.

5No flour is needed, as blending thickens soup.

6Reheat and serve.
