- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt and white pepper to taste
Directions

1Steam asparagus in broth until tender (do not discard liquid). In blender, puree asparagus and broth.

2Add yogurt and cheeses. Blend well.

3Season to taste.

4May be served warmed or chilled. Serves 4.
