- 1 9-inch pie shell, partially baked
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 10 asparagus spears
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Beat eggs with next 4 ingredients. Stir in cheese.

3Chop 4 asparagus spears into 1-inch lengths and lay them in bottom of pie shell.

4Pour in egg mixture.

5Bake 20 minutes.

6Remove from oven and quickly arrange tomato and the other 6 asparagus spears on top.

7Bake another 20 to 30 minutes.
