- 4 c. tomato juice
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
- 1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
- 4 Tbsp. regular horseradish
- 4 green onions with tops, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 c. finely diced celery
Directions

1Heat tomato juice, sugar and salt.

2Dissolve jello in tomato juice mixture over heat, stirring until blended.

3Add ketchup. When partially jelled in refrigerator, add remaining ingredients. Pour into slightly oiled 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

4Chill until serving time. Serves 20 to 24.
