  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces Cognac
  • 1 1/2 ounces Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 orange twist

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add the Cognac, Cointreau, pineapple juice and bitters; shake well.
