- 1/4 c. celery
- 1 c. converted rice
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Brown chops in oil.

2Remove chops and cook celery.

3Drain grease and add tomato sauce, rice, celery and chops.

4Simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
