- 4 pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. uncooked regular rice
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce with onion
- 1/2 tsp. basil
Directions

1In large skillet, brown pork chops in hot oil at 375°.

2Remove chops; add celery and cook lightly.

3Drain fat.

4Stir in remaining ingredients; add chops.

5Bring to boil.

6Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
