- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 12 oz. frozen hash browns
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine until tender.

2Stir in soup and cream cheese.

3In well-greased casserole dish, layer potatoes and sauce.

4Bake in 400° oven for 45 minutes or until done.

5Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 2 or 3 minutes in covered casserole dish until cheese is melted.
