  • 1 frozen pie shell (9 inch), thawed
  • 3 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • 1 cup small broccoli florets
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Swiss Au Gratin Cheese, divided

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Prick pie shell with fork.

    or just until lightly browned.

    Remove from oven; set aside.

    Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F.

    Cook and stir bacon in small skillet on medium heat until crisp.

    Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.

    Discard all but 1 Tbsp.

    Add broccoli and shallots to drippings; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
