- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cups Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cups Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
Directions

1Beat together the topping: cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. After you have beaten those ingredients together, mix in the chocolate chips.

2In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cake ingredients.

3Fill muffin tins 1/3 full with the cake mixture. Then top each one with a heaping teaspoon of the topping mixture.

4Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
