  • 1/2 cups Sugar

  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • FOR THE CAKE:
  • 1-1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cups Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar

Directions

    Beat together the topping: cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. After you have beaten those ingredients together, mix in the chocolate chips.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cake ingredients.

    Fill muffin tins 1/3 full with the cake mixture. Then top each one with a heaping teaspoon of the topping mixture.
