  • 20 oz. can pineapple, crushed with juice
  • 1 pkg. jello instant pudding (I use French vanilla)
  • 1 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • pound cake

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 cup pineapple juice.

    Punch holes in cake after cutting cake lengthwise in 3 sections. Pour juice over cake.

    Spread each layer with mixture.

    Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
