- 1/4 cups Butter
- 12 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 pound Pre-cooked Bacon, Sausage, Or Ham

1Optional ingredients: chopped onions, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3Place cheese in the bottom of a pan and dot with butter.

4Whip eggs lightly with milk, seasonings, meat, and any optional ingredients.
