Ingredients
- 7 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 6 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Scald milk; add shortening and melt.

2Let cool.

3Dissolve yeast in warm water.

4Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar over yeast mixture.

5Beat eggs and add to milk.

6Add 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Add this to yeast mixture.

7Blend in flour.

8Let rise until double.
-
9Punch down and shape.

10Let rise until double again.
-
11Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

12Makes 2 pans of rolls anyway you want.
