Ingredients
- 200 grams Whole kernel canned corn
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 small Potatoes
- 100 ml Heavy cream (or milk)
- 400 ml Water
- 1 dash Olive oil
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 dash Salt
Directions

1Cut the onion and potato into thin slices.

2Stir fry on low heat with olive oil until the onion becomes translucent.

3Add the corn and continue cooking.

4Add the heavy cream and bring to a boil.

5When it reaches a boil, add the water, a little at a time.

6Once it comes to a boil again,reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

7Use a hand blender to make it creamy.

8If using a regular blender, allow to cool down slightly, then blend and return to the pot.

9If possible, put it through a strainer for an even smoother texture.

10Add the butter and let it melt.

11Sprinkle with a small amount of salt.

12Then it's finished.
