  • 1 pound Uncooked White Fish, Chopped, Or Shrimp
  • 2 whole Fresh Limes, Juiced
  • 2 whole Tomatoes
  • 1 whole Cucumber, Peeled
  • 1 whole Onion, Peeled
  • 3 whole Your Preferred Type Of Peppers, Stem And Seeds Removed
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Cilantro, Stems Removed
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Directions

    In a large bowl coat the uncooked white fish or shrimp with fresh lime juice and let it sit while preparing the vegetables.

    Chop the vegetables and mince the cilantro.

    Add vegetables, cilantro, and sea salt to the fish (that has by now been cooked by the lime).

    Mix to combine and serve.
