  • 2 each egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup nuts chopped

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff and dry.

    Fold in sugar gradually.

    Add:vanilla, coconut, cornflakes and nuts.

    Drop by teaspoon fulls onto well greased cookiesheet.

    Bake in 325F (160C) oven until light brown.
