- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1/2 cup nuts chopped
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff and dry.

3Add:vanilla, coconut, cornflakes and nuts.

4Drop by teaspoon fulls onto well greased cookiesheet.

5Bake in 325F (160C) oven until light brown.
