- flour
- water
- 1/2 bell pepper strips
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
Directions

1Roll meat in flour and place in stock pot filled with 1/4-inch water.

2Brown meat and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.

3Then roll up and heat to high and add remaining ingredients.

4Cook 1 hour longer until meat is shredding.

5Serve in flour tortillas and garnish with lettuce and picante sauce.
