  • 1 apple
  • 2 figs
  • hazelnuts
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 3 plums varieties of red

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Wash and cut the fruit into medium size quarters.

    Alternately arrange fruits on each plate. Place very close to each other because they shrink during cooking. Add 4 to 5 hazelnuts per dish.

    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Pour 1 teaspoon of maple syrup on the fruit in each dish, and bake at 175 C for 10 to 15 minutes.
