- 1 pear
- 1 apple
- 2 figs
- hazelnuts
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons maple syrup
- 3 plums varieties of red
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2Wash and cut the fruit into medium size quarters.

3Alternately arrange fruits on each plate. Place very close to each other because they shrink during cooking. Add 4 to 5 hazelnuts per dish.

4Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.

5Bake for 20 minutes.

6Pour 1 teaspoon of maple syrup on the fruit in each dish, and bake at 175 C for 10 to 15 minutes.

7Serve lukewarm.
