- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 6 c. water
- 2 c. cut up carrots
- 2 c. diced celery
- 2 c. cubed, pared potatoes
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
Directions

1In a large saucepan, cook and stir meat until brown.

2Drain off fat.

3Cook and stir onion with meat for 5 minutes.

4Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.

5Cover; simmer for 20 minutes.
