Avocado Banana Protein Shake

- 2 cup milk (soy, coconut or cows)
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 scoops protein powder (I used pea protein)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions

1Add all ingredients to blender.

2Pulse on ice crusher setting until the large ice cubes are crushed.

3Switch to high setting on blender or use frap setting for about 1 minute.

4Shake will be light green in color and thick and frothy.
