Avocado Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cup milk (soy, coconut or cows)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 scoops protein powder (I used pea protein)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

    Add all ingredients to blender.

    Pulse on ice crusher setting until the large ice cubes are crushed.

    Switch to high setting on blender or use frap setting for about 1 minute.

    Shake will be light green in color and thick and frothy.
