- Sour Cream And Salsa, For Dipping

11. Coat a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat on medium. Add the beaten egg and a pinch of salt and pepper. Scramble with a spatula until cooked.

22. Lay the cooked egg on one side of the tortilla. Add the avocado, bacon, green onion, and cheddar cheese to the same side. Fold over the tortilla.
