- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 1/2 cups Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 whole Avocado
- 1/4 cups Walnuts
- 1/4 cups Cocoa Nibs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Mix eggs and sugars together in a bowl. Add flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt and mix until combined.

3Mix in avocado flesh until you have a smooth, lump-free mixture. Crush walnuts and stir them into the mixture along with the cocoa nibs.

4Grease a brownie pan or line with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread out evenly. Bake for 30 minutes.
