- 800g Hake fillets
- 2 medium potatoes (peeled, boiled & mashed)
- 2 eggs
- Half bunch dhania (coriander) ( chopped fine)
- 1 Tablespoon chopped mint
- 2 Tablespoons crushed green chillies
- 2 medium onions (chopped fine)
- half tsp mix dried herb
- half tsp jeera powder
- half tsp dhania powder (coriander)
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- Salt
- Bread crumbs
Directions

11. Remove skin from hake, boil for 30 minutes, cool and flake the fish.

22. Add all ingredients except eggs & bread crumbs to the fish & mix all together.

33. Beat eggs and add to the mixture, do not over mix as the mixture will become too soft to handle.

44. Make into patties, dip in bread crumbs.

55. Fry in medium oil until golden brown.
