- 6 large avocados, halved and pitted
- 12 tomatillos, husked, washed, and quartered
- 3 cups loosely packed cilantro leaves
- 34 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup tabasco brand green jalepeno pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
Directions

1Scoop avocado pulp into blender or food processor container.

2Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

3If not serving immediately, cover with plastic wrap pressed directly on top of salsa and refrigerate.
