  • 6 large avocados, halved and pitted
  • 12 tomatillos, husked, washed, and quartered
  • 3 cups loosely packed cilantro leaves
  • 34 cup chopped onion
  • 14 cup tabasco brand green jalepeno pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Directions

    Scoop avocado pulp into blender or food processor container.

    Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

    If not serving immediately, cover with plastic wrap pressed directly on top of salsa and refrigerate.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
