  • 2 ounces, weight Butter, Softened
  • 6 ounces, weight Avocados, Peeled And Pitted
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

    Chop, weigh, squeeze and measure all ingredients. Put all ingredients into a food processor. Process until thoroughly combined. Place butter onto a sheet of wax/parchment paper and squeeze it into a log. Chill in the refrigerator a couple of hours until firm. Enjoy!
