- 2 ounces, weight Butter, Softened
- 6 ounces, weight Avocados, Peeled And Pitted
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
Directions

1Chop, weigh, squeeze and measure all ingredients. Put all ingredients into a food processor. Process until thoroughly combined. Place butter onto a sheet of wax/parchment paper and squeeze it into a log. Chill in the refrigerator a couple of hours until firm. Enjoy!
