- 4 scallions, chopped
- 13 cup green pepper, chopped
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 12 tablespoons mayonnaise, such as Helman's
- 1 Hass avocado, cubed
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except the avocado and tomato.

2Chill corn mixture for at least an hour or until serving time.
