Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados ripe
  • 2 each limes juice
  • 100 millilitres creme fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin up to 3 tablespoons
  • 1 x salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

    Whizz together all ingrediants in a blender.

    Dilute with enough water so that you have a thick cream that is easy to dollop.

    Season well and add a little more lime juice if needed.
