- 100 grams Pasta
- 1 Avocado
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 Soup stock cube
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Black pepper (to taste)
Directions

1Dice the avocado.

2Heat the garlic in a frying pan until it becomes fragrant.

3Fry the avocado.

4Add the milk, soup stock cube and salt.

5Stir it as it simmers until it thickens.

6Remove from the heat, and mix in the boiled pasta.

7Sprinkle with some black pepper, and it's done.
