- 25 whole Wonton Wrappers
- 1/2 pounds Ground Venison, Pork Or Beef
- 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onion
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
- 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cups BBQ Sauce, Divided Use
- 18 teaspoons Salt
- 18 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 dash Hot Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 23 cups Chicken Broth
Directions

1In a medium sized bowl, combine ground meat, green onions, garlic, dried minced onion, paprika, sugar, dijon mustard, 2 Tablespoons BBQ sauce, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.

2Stir the ingredients until combined with a wooden spoon.

3Lay your wonton wrappers out on the counter, 6 at a time.

4With your finger, dip it into a bowl of warm water and outline the outer edges of the wrapper with water.

5Scoop 1 teaspoon of the meat mixture and put it in the center of the wonton wrapper.

6Add a kiss of BBQ sauce to the top of each ball of meat.

7Take the two opposite sides of the wonton wrapper and bring them together and pinch.

8Bring the other two sides of the wonton wrapper to the center and pinch.

9Twist the top to finish wrapping the wonton.

10Once you have finished assembling the wontons, pour in enough canola oil to cover the bottom of a frying pan or saucepan (make sure its one that has a lid).

11Heat the oil over medium heat.

12Add the first batch of the wontons to the pan and cook the bottoms for 2 minutes.

13After 2 minutes, carefully add 1/3 cup chicken broth.

14Cover with a lid and let the wontons steam for 3 minutes.

15Carefully remove the wontons from the pan after steaming for 3 minutes.

16Repeat these steps for your second batch of wontons.

17Serve with some BBQ sauce for dipping.

18Although, they are so flavorful, you probably wont need it!
