Avocado Cream Pasta with Umeboshi Pickled Plums

- 200 grams Long pasta (e.g. spaghetti)
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Umeboshi
- 6 tbsp * Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp * White wine
- 2 tbsp * Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Black pepper
Directions

1Start to boil the pasta in hot water with salt.

2Peel the skin of the avocado, remove the seed and dice.

3Mince the umeboshi after taking out the seed until it looks like the photo.

4Put the avocado, umeboshi and the * ingredients in another pot and heat.

5Add salt and pepper and check the taste as it cooks.

6Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with 2 and mix it well with the sauce.

7Dish it up on a plate, sprinkle black pepper then it is done.
