  • 2 each avocados peeled and cubed
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 x salt to taste
  • 1 x white pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

    Blend the avocados with 1 cup of the chicken stock in a food processor until smooth.
