- 2 1/2 lb. veal shoulder
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 medium green peppers
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 large onion
- salt and paprika
Directions

1Cut veal in cubes; brown in hot pan with small amount of oil. Add vegetables and cook for a few minutes.

2Put in casserole dish, cover and cook in a 375° oven for 1 hour or until done.

3Serve over rice or noodles.
