Veal Ragout

  • 2 1/2 lb. veal shoulder
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 medium green peppers
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 large onion
  • salt and paprika

Directions

    Cut veal in cubes; brown in hot pan with small amount of oil. Add vegetables and cook for a few minutes.

    Put in casserole dish, cover and cook in a 375° oven for 1 hour or until done.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
