  • 1 lrg Ripe avocado The juice of half a lemon
  • 75 gm Unflavoured fromage frais
  • 1 x Clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 x Green chilli, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin

Directions

    Cut the avocado lengthways into two and remove the stone.

    Scoop out the flesh.
  3. 3
    Put the avocado flesh and the remaining ingredients, except cumin, in a food processor and blend till smooth.

    Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle the cumin on top.
