- 1 Egg
- 1 Red Pepper and Garlic Seasoning
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Garlic Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 2 slice Bread (I prefer whole wheat)
Directions

1Cut Avocado in half.

2Remove Pit.

3Scoop out insides and squish until a smooth consistency.

4Add Red Pepper & Garlic Seasoning and Garlic salt to taste.

5Heat a pan & cook two eggs sunny side up or easy over.

6Toast two pieces of any bread of your choice, and spread the seasoned avocado mixture on the slices of bread.

7Once eggs are cooked to liking, top the slices of bread with the egg.
