  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Tahini
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pit Removed
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 can (19 1/2 Oz. Size) Chickpeas
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 cups Cilantro
  • 2 whole Limes, Juiced

    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and tahini.

    Set aside.

    In the bowl of a food processor, place avocado, garlic, chickpeas, salt, and cilantro and process until combined.

    Add lime juice and process again.

    Then, with the food processor running, drizzle in tahini mixture and process until smooth and creamy, about 23 minutes.

    Hummus will keep well in the refrigerator in a sealed container for 35 days.
