- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Tahini
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pit Removed
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 can (19 1/2 Oz. Size) Chickpeas
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cups Cilantro
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
Directions

1In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and tahini.

2Set aside.

3In the bowl of a food processor, place avocado, garlic, chickpeas, salt, and cilantro and process until combined.

4Add lime juice and process again.

5Then, with the food processor running, drizzle in tahini mixture and process until smooth and creamy, about 23 minutes.

6Hummus will keep well in the refrigerator in a sealed container for 35 days.
