- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. raw milk butter
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped avocado
- 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
Directions

1Beat eggs. Add water.

2Pour eggs into heated buttered skillet and cook on low to medium heat, gently lifting edges to let liquid run under, until all is set.

3Spoon vegetables onto 1/2 of the omelet. Top with cheese and fold over.

4Remove to plate and serve.
