- 1 large egg
- 1 oz low fat cheese
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp minced onion flakes
Directions

1Warm small pan with a half of a tsp of butter

2Add whisked egg to pan

3Let egg cook, lifting sides occasionally to let raw egg run off.

4Put cheese on omelet then add sliced avocado on top.

5Season to taste

6Fold omelet in half and add any leftover cheese and avocado to top.

7Season again to taste.
